Starting our factory from year 2007, SHENGFA Hardware has full experience to manufacture carbon steel castings with tight tolerances and outstanding repeatability at reasonable cost. We adopt new melting methods to produce carbon steel investment castings with consistent hardness and strength.

We also offer secondary process such as machining of critical surfaces and threaded holes. Carbon steel investment castings are also commonly heat treated to improve their ductility, strength and other mechanical properties. Our factory consists of experts and technicians who have wide experience working with various of carbon steels.

Beside carbon steel, we also specialize in high-strength stainless steel, aluminum and armor alloys. Customers turn to SHENGFA Hardware to meet premium mechanical properties through a combination of strict process controls and secondary thermal treatment parameters in alloys.
